Lifetime warranty on all other products. Warranty is only available should the product be banned for a fault on our side, we will replace the account,should the account be banned through your doing (for example toxicity / cheating) we cannot replace your account.

We cannot do a refund, unless the account is completely wrong upon purchase, replacements are always available, we will replace the account or refund store credits so you can buy something else.

Change password and email upon purchase, if you didn't complete this step we cannot process any refunds / replacements.

DO NOT USE THE RESOURCES / PLAY ON THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT CHECKING EVERYTHING FIRST, IF THE ACCOUNT IS USED IT IS WORTHLESS AND WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU, PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Warranty = 1x Replacement account per purchase. Our accounts very rarely have problems, this just protects us from people trying to abuse our system, to get free accounts / reset their bad MMR after playing poorly in-game.
