Lifetime warranty on every product. Warranty is only available should the product be banned for a fault on our side, we will replace the account,should the account be banned through your doing (for example toxicity / cheating) we cannot replace your account.

We cannot do a refund, unless the account is completely wrong, replacements are always available, you can choose anything on the site (Max 3 Euros more expensive) as a replacement account.

Change password and email upon purchase, if you didn't complete this step we also cannot reimburse you.
